Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Refunds and exchanges with J La La Etsy orders are handled on a case by case basis. If a refund is granted to the customer, any shipping expenses would be the responsibility of the customer and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Once the item is received the refund will be processed. This refund will not include the cost of shipping paid at the time of the purchase.

There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges granted on a custom order.

 

How are your items shipped?

All shipments will be sent via First Class USPS. If you require faster shipping, please contact us and we will accommodate you as best we can. J LA LA will not be responsible for any packages that are lost in the mail.

 

Do you offer repairs?

If there is ever any need for a repair on any J LA LA Designs item we are happy to accommodate you as best we can. Any shipping expenses would be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Do you offer custom orders?

You bet! We welcome custom orders. Please submit your request to our team by using the contact form. We look forward to learning more about your custom apparel request.

Please keep in mind that at J la la anything is possible! So if you don't see what you are looking for, ask and you shall receive!

 

What if I need to cancel my order?

Any cancellation requests must be made no later than 48 hours from the date & time of the Etsy order being placed and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
